This project was started just before the pandemic by a different handyman. The offices were still in use and still are. Reconditioning what had been done was required as things were in rough shape and in disrepair. Subfloor, damaged doors all required maintenance or replacement. Once repaired, new vinyl tile, ceiling and walls were painted, new door and hardware was installed.
